However I still don't think this is something that will proceed all that quickly. There is very little activity in this country and DDD appear to be trying to blaze an early trail. As there is little precedence in Haiti ther are no guarantees that the govt will allow DDD to see it all the way through. Who's to say the rugged isn't once again ripped out from under us after we a much further advanced and the BOD have spent all our money getting the resource to a sweet spot, only to have the Haitian gov't say: "thank you very much, we'll have that back now".

Yes DDD will get the money they invested back however much of its investors money will have already been spent advancing the project.

I understand you have to be in it to win it, however I think I will wait for a few more milestones to pass before I add to my collection.

Today's news is a great step forward none the less.

I agree, but if these people are going to drag themselves out of the rut (not
mostly their fault BTW) they need to produce goods, and gold will help them immensely
IMHO.
