Yes, very likely nothing at this very early stage (and that is what I was talking about).
In my limited number of years in market, I found an odd correlation between companies dropping those sort of headlines merely after few months and going bankrupt 2 years down the track.
No responsible company would drop announcements on ongoing discussions. You are calling for hype IMO more than anything.
