My understanding is that there are three current deals/negotiations in progress which were brought about by either Colin I or the Chairman. Not the current MD.

If a company is in the middle of negotiations with APG let me assure you it will be because the company believes that the APG technology can value add and increase their bottom line and not because of the MD.

If the current MD was capable, it would have been done a long time ago.

Colin I is a well presented experienced man. The Chairman, Mr Cuthbertson with support is capable of making a big difference, has a wealth of experience as well as an endless list of contacts. His wealth of experience and knowledge together with the INDEPENDENT boards he is chairman of has enhanced shareholder wealth many times over.

Between CI and the Chairman, there is nothing they cannot handle and without doubt will be able to get deals over the line.

How do other companies/countries fair with negotiations when Presidents/Ministers change. Business as usual..... I will grant you that if a company has an exceptionally good MD that moves on it can have a negative effect on the sp.

But lets not forget, any company doing business with another company needs to know they are dealing with management that has a GOOD track record. So, is this what Bluescope, ?? & ?? sees? Somehow I dont think so. The share registry, balance sheet and announcements (primarily of cap raising and scrounging) tell a story of years of non performance!

Maybe this is EXACTLY why we have not secured any deals of substance!

NG has done his best to keep the company going as has the Chairman.

A rejig of the board including a new INDEPENDENT board member is paramount and ESSENTIAL to the survival of the company.

The bottom line is nobody in APG is indispensable especially the MD.
