At one of the meetings I attended over the past 2 or 3 years I'm almost certain that Carl Zeiss was talked about and had either exclusivity or an option on Breast Cancer, maybe they even had this exclusivity as one of their markets.
Does anyone else remember this or know if this is so.
If Zeiss do have this segment secured exclusive, does what we have read today risk the Carl Zeiss relationship in any way before Zeiss have launched or have FDA on Convivo into Neurosurgery.
And why are Carl Zeiss or Dr Peter Delaney not involved or mentioned as a partner or supporter of this clinical trial.
Anyone who has some facts on this please share.
