agreed. they make valid points as to why YBR needs change. if anything YBR's response statement show that in the right hands there is a lot of value in the current business. a high teens offer might have legs and then the upside could be achieved with ybr in private hands.

does anyone think that MVT's bid is really desIgned to bring out another bidder or to aggravate for change in the business but not necessarily to actually win the bid?
