Well that is strange. You would think the Bonus as part of his Remuneration would have to be awarded for something Tangible above and beyond his normal duties which would have been mentioned to shareholders or need some approval from Shareholders. I suppose it could be in the Fine print that shareholders have approved at some time that the Board can approve Bonuses to Board members. Love to know what it was for.
