I could be wrong here but I am of a very strong opinion that Directors might be treated as employees of the Company as well. So they will get every cents which is due to them when the time of reckoning will come. The ones suffering and feeling the brunt of it all though, will be the contractors and suppliers as in most case they are treated as UNSECURED CREDITORS...........

As to why Politicians aren't changing that anomaly where these poor people are always left hanging, that I will never know. Especially when in most cases the ones bringing companies in that positions are the Directors themselves.
