Its quite remarkable how much they're allowed to get away with. To be honest, I've already written off my investment in this company. Even if they somehow miracously find funding for refinancing in the next few days, management has still already proven to me that (1.) They are grossly incompetent; and (2.) They do not have shareholder interest at heart or even as a top ten priority.
The most annoying thing though is they won't even allow to me sell off my holdings and move on mentally speaking.
