Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-21

I hate to be the downer on the ' Before ' party.....especially on a Friday. And this whole read including much of these threads these last weeks have been like watching a really bad Soap Opera . We're at the part now where the disgruntled wife has just found out we are having an affair with her best friend .....

The mere fact they have mentioned Corporation's Law Sec. 606 ( 608 & 609 inclusive ) still means there is a chance this could be referred onto ASIC for their part. So not good to go yet I'm afraid. Fingers crossed it doesn't get a further review and that we're back up and trading next week.

I continue to be of the opinion we may still have wait for VIC's answers and announcement next Friday - so not out of the woods yet. I do like the air tight response by our Legal Team apart from 606 - especially the bit where Clee was said to have consulted with a senior commercial ' Wig ' . Anyway , it still may prove a blessing in disguise to continue the suspension though all of next week given what may still occur in the overseas markets .....
