Hfr could also buy into Davenport via a capital raising at 7 cents (small premium) and ask for a seat or two on Davenports board of directors to ensure the money is spent on drillling etc. Davenport are looking into a London listing which requires 6 million pounds cash I believe so hfr could use this to their advantage.
