If SAFE approve the money transfer, and the direcotor announce a dividend. Then yes, it will race past 10 cents.
12 months ago, Jiameng was it charge.. that was then.. Now the mejority directors have installed a chinese secretary and a chinese Financial officer to keep an eye on Jiameng..
there’s also an option to sell the compay to a competitor.
