Cuba Block 9 Valuation, page-18

Hi ANZ, i guess i was trying to ascertain a value based on this type of deal, it's more or less a 12.5% ORR so I'm not so sure using the in ground value would give a true reflection of the value of the deal, especially not at $6 per barrel considering MAY has no CAPEX/OPEX to bring their share (if any) of profit oil to market. Am i missing something here? Cheers mate, good to try and nut out some clearer perspective on this recent deal.

Btw on a side note....apparently AGMI are registered in Las Vegas (sheeeet....surely not???)
