hahaha what a great read, like a sherlock interview - i'm glad I hold HDY, if not for the future gains, just to have had the opportunity to read that lol.

A few interesting comments in there that make me think perhaps HDY knew a little bit more then they let on, particularly around the relationships of Evrblu and the others... like they they - it's a small world after all... But hey, keep the hands clean and just stay in your lane, nothing to worry about - it's a witch hunt all right, but they're not after us at all they're just roping us in as involved in the acquisition to try and shed more light from a different angle.

Have never seen anything like this from ASX before, would have thought it an ASIC job? Anyway... I don't envy whomever had to compile that response, I can only imagine how much fact checking needed to be done before it was approved for return.

I don't see anything in there that indicates to me ASX won't release the talons soon enough
