Fully agreed with all your sentiments. If ASX has any sense of responsible and applicability, they should only need to ask a few direct question into what they believed (illegal practice or dudgy - not that HDY is) and move on. The 90% of the trivial questions should be dropped!

ASX should investigate TGS if the have a minutes or two (don't mean to cross promote as TGS has been in TH for many moons now).
