Would be good to get Alvares happening ASAP.
Alvares is estimated to be 2.4 Tcf +
1 Tcf worth approx $1 billion.
Xstate has a 21% interest in Alvares.
If Alvares flows and the estimate is met the valuation to Xstate could be approx $500 million dollars (2.4 billion times 21%).
Current market is $4 million.
Plus California natural gas prices having a big rise at the moment.
