    I received the proxy form for the resolutions of the general meeting in May.

    The current pathetic SP with no support makes it extremely difficult for me to agree to any of the resolutions.

    Is it just a coincidence that the sell-down on Friday came at the same time as the resolutions being received by shareholders?

    Could it be someone trying to prevent dilution?
