Just a quick question on the articles in the above. 

Is this following part of the English version what you are referring to 

Article

All mining of uranium in Sweden will soon be outlawed. The ban also applies to processing of residual uranium in existing tailings, and processing of uranium unearthed in conjunction with extraction of other minerals, e.g. iron, base metals and rare earth elements. Unless Parliament says otherwise, the law will take effect on August 1.

the way I read it is that it applies to processing on its own or with other metal etc but doesn’t mention that it can’t be dug up.

There is reference later on to an environmental miss adventure from a previous mine however I would say that mines now would have a safe guard in the way they deal with tailings to prevent this happening.
