Buyers slowly accumulating anything sub 2.4 that they can it appears, IMO selling at/below 2.5 will need to stop before a sustained move to 3c comes into play. Buyers have stepped up in the past week or 2 which is promising, but they are still doing it patiently because they can.
Can't be too many left to sell at this level. This stock is already very illiquid, management hold 40%, top 20 excluding management hold another 40%, can't be much left to play with.
