It's funny to hear about my kombucha after all these years! I haven't brewed any since I was living in Melbourne, which was 6 or 7 years ago now. I've spent most of the last 4.5 years travelling abroad, so brewing kombucha isn't possible for me these days. Once I settle down somewhere, brewing kombucha will be on the to do list. You didn't believe me about AEB, but you should have learned to trust me by now, so just accept that my kombucha is brilliant
