I did say in a earlier post that getting paid in India is a major problem. India Resources who had a contract with Hindustan Copper an INDIAN GOVERNMENT COMPANY no less always had problems getting paid. Even after arbitration wins, Supreme Court case wins + promises to pay IRL eventually went into Administration being owed $15 million.
Until today the Administrators have been unable to get one dollar.
This sums up India. The Chairman of IRL told me plenty of occasions (even in writing) that they were a pack of thieving bast..ds and were totally dishonest.
How many times did I tell him to shut the operation down and demand to be paid. No point producing if you don't get paid.
The Chairman Andrew S.... just didn't get it. No cash no splash.
