When he states at the end of the interview the Directors' view of the time line, in that permitting, mining licence, funding and conditional offtakes will run in parallel from now until the start of calender year 2019, when , in their view, all will be completed and construction can start.

Little doubt that BKT product will be sought after and a mining licence granted in my opinion anyhow. The big question is funding and how that will be achieved.
With the Directors confident, particularly Richard Crookes, with his background, one can remain hopeful at least.

If this does eventuate we probably won't have to wait many months to see some real sp action.
