I totally agree with you, Axiom are working very hard to get this off the ground so mining can start in December with the 1st shipment being in the 1st quarter next year. I think many of us would have liked yesterday's announcement to be about the finalisation of the off take agreement, but as said they are still in final negotiations, it doesn't say they haven't got finance approved. This capital raise is a good thing, it provides what is needed until the off take agreement is finalised, and having 2 of the Directors put in $500k shows they are confident that things are progressing and they want to see it move forward with no more delays, also there was another $2m raised which shows investors are willing to back them until off take agreement is finalised. Axiom have also employed people who have many years of experience in the mining industry to help them achieve this this target.

There is a lot of negativity on this forum, many past shareholders who have lost money (and I can understand your reasons for the negative comments), others posting for their own motives (I am not going to name anyone in particular) but living in the past doesn't mean that the future isn't going to be better or brighter there are many examples of this even in our everyday lives. I agree it has taken Axiom a long time to get to here, they have been held back with court cases (if they didn't have the long battle with Sumitomo they would have been mining years ago) and long delays in obtaining licenses (which the Minister thanked Axiom for their patience during the long precess), this has caused a lot if distrust from previous and even some current shareholders, it is always good to see views from both sides even knowing what has happened in the past but lets have a fair debate, lately many have been making their posts personal attacks on others and that is not needed, I'd even say some of the comments lately have been on the verge of bullying. Now is the time to move forward, it doesn't have to be all positive or all negative everyone has their own opinion, let's just keep it fair.
