The intellect of a Director ( poster-catalogue) of Pacific Dairies.
No denial that he was a director and has been parading on Hot Copper (when he was a director to current date) as a dairy farmer, without disclosure under the HC terms.

He must be the only person in Australia who would believe that the chairman of this company could count hands correctly when the result would be against his own re-election and receipt of more shares in this company. Making the chairman count the votes is always going to happen as that can be checked by the Regulator and the companies share register as there is absolutely no trust in this current board.
