The CR was needed to survive, they couldn't have managed without it even with the contract in play... So dont you think its strange that all this fell into place right at the near end for BCT... no one was going to support the company after all these years for with further CR's without something game changing in place..

5.5million raise, 5.8million order for the following 2 years.... seems to be perfect numbers for the estimated outgoings in this time, then to be followed by a third year of near double sales as the main game changer... I would like to see the clauses of the contract. Im just not convinced all is as it seems considering the third year has a separate projected figure..

Call me skeptical, I have just read over my own posts regarding BCT and realized there were some serious warning signs that I could see,..

SP will go below the SPP as the above figures show no actual growth to the MC until the 3rd year... which will also diminish if further contracts and continuing contracts arnt in place.

More contracts alike this one are needed... any way, not what you want to hear obviously... but just be a little dubious as it all seems very well thought out just at the last breathe.

In saying the above, from a chart perspective the SP should have consolidated and hold high 5's to low 6's... but you guys need more positive news to create further interest with more revenue opportunity... the SP spiked as would be expected, to only be followed with a constant downward trend for the last 3 weeks... IF and a big IF the soph's were enticed with a carrot, I would expect that carrot pre X-mas so as they would have the opportunity to exit until the SP finds a stagnant level again... if this happen I would be convinced this is a very well orchestrated play and a red flag should be waved... hopefully my theories are way way of track for the sakes of shareholders...

hate to say it but I really think the writing was on the wall, very orchestrated play in the last couple of months... I get sick of micro's bleeding shareholders and never returning wealth for holders... below the recent CR, hmmm that is ugly... hope you guys arnt getting conned.. I might have got laughed at for my original concerns here, but man this was well orchestrated right at the last minute of needing money... is there any clauses in those contracts that need to be exposed?
