I can only suspect they haven't gotten the response they wanted to date for the CR. I had a call centre call me to make sure I was aware and to prompt me on buying the entitlement offer. the guy on the phone could not even explain to me how the options worked.

my concern is that this is a relatively small amount of CR $ and they are putting in what seems a lot of effort and I am not convinced that the $ raised are going to last all that long without some good revenue coming in soon. without good knowledge of how far away it is until deals are done it is a bit of guess work.
