Yeah its compounding but it will be between $90 and $100 million the total repayment.
The more I re-read the proposal the more it smells like the end of this company. The extra claws that this sinks into the company will mean that Oaktree will be able to take the assets of the company for what is effectively $49 Million (cause remember they are paying themselves a million dollar fee for lending it to Blue Sky....)
Interesting question for the Blue Sky supporters out there - can anybody explain how Blue Sky literally recorded ZERO revenue for the second half of the year?
