Once they realised they didn't have the marketing power to be able to get the required sales they pivoted over 2 years ago to a trade sale / takeover / licence agreement.
Progress has been made on identified areas, albeit slowly, but we still need to nail a decent valuation and convince someone to tip onto their pockets.
