In a nutshell - yes. Arrogance and piss poor decision making cost a lot of money and time. New kids on the BOD are now doing it correctly and the results will be evident very soon. If your new you will be in at the low end of the cycle, and all going to plan, you should do very nicely out of FTT. Good luck.
