yes, the options are trading at a discount at the moment.
however, if you go back some 9 months or so a similar scenario occurred when the option were trading at a discount till market picked up on it then it jumped up very quickly and yes (good bye to the so called risk-free profit)...lol
as much as the company wants all the options exercised, i am sure they want to manage the dilution impact as well coming so close to expiration
those traders getting out, i suspect may have been in this for along time and either have made a profit, or taking action to reduce losses or have lost patience and want to move on
