Not sure the make up of the board is all that impressive -the CEO is an ex real estate agent, and there are two chartered accountants on the board (for a company so small one is plenty). The balance being a lawyer and a former mining executive - not too much relevant experience as far as I can see, confirmed by the risks in Section 6.4 where the company identifies lack of experience with the products as a risk.
