4.3 Purpose of the Offer
The Company is seeking to raise only a nominal amount of $10 under this Prospectus and
accordingly, the purpose of this Prospectus is not to raise capital. The Directors intend to apply
the proceeds from the Offer to expenses of the Offer.
The Offer is for the purpose of section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act to remove any trading
restrictions on the sale of certain Shares issued prior to the date of this Prospectus.
