I heard Governor Viktor speak the other day, he's right into the locals getting into planting moringa trees for export. Whether he's a bit of a greenie or just taking advantage of the trends in order to capitalize, hard to say. He also owns a thumping big miami vice style of boat and a resort down here on Rote which is trending up big time with tourism so the latter may be the case.

This is a place where things can take ages or, with the right connections doors can fling open quite quickly.
