To add to that , if oil was discovered, I don’t think chinese will spend years to get oil moving, Like FAR is doing, they will quickly want get oil out and sell it. Christchurch Cathedral square was damaged in earth quake still hasn’t been build, so slow, so much crap. How long did they take to recover after japan tsunami! My point is Asians don’t muck around years after years, appraisals after apraisals, They will done faster and they have sheet load of money, so good luck to us.
