Hi rapper and gary and others,

Sorry I have been quiet, some other parts of life got busy. As has been said, the petition I was moving needed to succeed two months before the AGM, I did post a short update on change.org and I thought it would be emailed to the petition signers but perhaps it wasn't. I do think though that the board is up for re-election at the AGM in any event.

Soon after my advocacy here two things happened. One was the situation with Mr Milne at the ABC. The second was that NTC did reach out to me and I did attend their offices to express some of my concerns and some of the concerns that had been directly expressed to me. I thought the meeting was very productive and I'm hoping we will see some positive changes. You may have received an Investor Update just today in your email updating us on some of the technical capabilities of the company, I think is a good start.
