Today the three directors - with the largest GCY share holdings - 2 retired and 1 made known his intention to step down.
They were replaced by well experienced gold production guys, but these guys are not shareholders and are new to the company. It makes sense to "re-align the composition and skills to reflect the transition to gold production" but its still an unknown to the market. Another one.
Between this and the "worst possible time ever" cap raise, i'd say outside of the unknowns of actually mining the gold, this is as bad as it can get.
We need exploration upside and decent production numbers to get out of this hole. Good news flow.
FWIW if the GOLD price can explode. None of this BS matters. Just dig it up.
