Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-88

It's as good a guess as anything folks. So for nostalgic purposes only , I'm going to say the 31st October - being ' Halloween ' . However my instinct would say and hope for sooner. I would think we would have to see the response to whatever the new questions from the ASX are - and of course whether they will ultimately be answered to their satisfactions.

I would also suggest the common and newly replaced Company Secretary will have a large part to do with the success of this outcome. So we watch with interest with respect to VIC as well.

Having a law degree will surely count for something as well in each of VIC and HDY's favor ...I would think......
