However I prefer to get in at this stage or sooner when the information is incomplete but with a significant degree of certainty.Based on the geology and finding so far, it is reasonable to infer a large disseminated find.

Gold can be extracted,and we have no certainty as to what % and the cost.However, it is probable that a method will be found based on recent announcements- eg a second smelt.

There is great variation as to how information is dealt with e.g.Engineers and accountants as a group need complete information to make a decision as this is part of their professional training.Many in these groups just cannot bring themselves to deal with incomplete information.This is "bean counting"psychology.
