I asked the company for court listing information and received this. It would be available, for a fee, from a search request through the Supreme Court system so is public knowledge to those who are interested.
Case #’s requested are CIV 1885 of 2016 & CIV 2675 of 2017.
Schedule for trial is Monday the 22nd October at the Supreme Court (Barrack Street David Malcolm Justice Centre) – exact time is not set yet but should be set in the next 2 weeks – typically will be 10am.
Using the case #'s or matter numbers one can get the time from this website close to the date or call the court's information line and they should be able to help.
