As for Raymond resigning, maybe it's a sign that BSP is stepping back from the operational side of things which IMO would be a good thing given the lack of activity to date.
Will I put more money into this thing? Not sure, but at 2.2 cents we'll be buying at a pre-consolidation price of $0.00055 which is pretty cheap if something actually happens with the company. Not so cheap if the next few years end up like the last few years.
I think the two independent directors will see that the BSP years are not repeated, or at least I hope that will be the case.
