Probably not so much about hoodwinking anyone as that can be problematic,  but more to do with locking them up before other companies try to do a deal on them, assuming the exploration report is positive, based on assays to date, with more yet to come.

If the report is not positive then I don’t see why they would be so eager to do the jv’s, relinquish previous gold projects and increase focus on this region.

I think if they don’t have more JV’s to announce, then we should see the exploration report Monday but based on past experience cannot be sure.  

Seems market is waiting to see results before committing, although the speccy end of the market is all a bit depressed across the board over the last few months, which could also help explain the softer share price.
