    I think you misunderstand. Scaling up ‘Not very much to begin with is’ is still Not very much after you have scaled up.
    2mw Bid submission for a Govt tender issued for 100mw - will that impress Ministry folks? Didn’t posters say Tlou started asking for 50mw and were delighted when the RFP was issued for 100. And now they bid 2mw.

    As for doing my research - are you sure you actually understand what kind of farce is being played out here currently?
