Interesting disclosure from the company stating that Tranche 2 placement was 100% issued to ‘new’ shareholders, none to existing. Can’t say I’ve seen this given by a company before, a new requirement by the asx / Asic?
Iam not sure how the corporate advisers can qualify all new money as long term holders?
If anything RGI can probably benefit from some additional liquidity on market.
