    lol no chance.  ASIC didnt investigate FIG? It investigated 11 firms and only ClearView was ordered to refund 1.6m to customers.


    ASIC will make recommendations but FIG has already put a stop to its practices that ASIC doesnt agree with. 


    Hence next products released to market imo will be fine from asic perspective.
