New to this company but attracted, like many of you, to the value that appears to be on offer
In regards to the directors commitment to acquire $250k shares on market, could it be this hasn't yet occured due to a lack of liquidity? I notice there are not many shares on offer - certainly not 250k worth as far as I can tell.
I also note that 6 million shares come out of escrow on 30 November - maybe this fact contributes to the relative low value - and maybe once those shares hit the market there will be enough liquidity for director to claim her promised stake?
Is there any other update or thoughts on this issue?
