    Agree with all that logic but if he produces a massive offer and the IER hasn't changed that much then he leaves himself open to prosecution as contravening his responsibilities as a director with his previous lowball offers?
    I just don't trust this bloke but I do believe he doesn't want to go to court as he then loses control.
