No specific broker to suggest management try to get to cover the stock. Was looking for a bit of research to bounce my own research off.

Usually though brokers will only cover a stock if they're paid or given shares in the small cap space. The stocks are too small to get their clients into and out off. Some small cap funds may be interested in stocks with this sort of MC but they don't publish their research usually.
