Having worked for Aramco my impression is that they are fairly close to what I thought was their maximum ability to flow and handle on the upstream without committing more rigs to drilling some extra production wells. Then of course they have to get it through the ports and out, and with the ever present possibility of the Iranians shutting the Straits of Hormuz then... from memory the straits carried around 14-15 million barrels per day so even shutting the straits for 72 hours would cause a big shortfall in supply.
