NRW has EVERYTHING!
They bought new equipment relevant to this project and had been in long term consultation with Gascoyne about all aspects before their contract was announced.
If there were delays with getting necessary machinery it was most likely the fault of the supplier not the contractor IMO.
Even though the start up has proved more difficult than was expected it was always known they had to break through the laterite cap so they would have factored this in to their calculations .
..and yes I am biased
..But maybe one of those machines would be useful ...
