It's a reasonable question to ask:

Did First Cape lend it's shares to shorters? What was going on with the SP to bring it so low?

Because IF they did, (and it's a reasonable question to ask) IF...then it was a colossal error of judgement, to say the least.

I cannot understand why this issue is never addressed. It's always First Cape have their heart in the right place? 

If you have a board member on both boards, who likes to issue a lot of shares, to lend money to ADO, and issue shares to FC in payment, I think we could have a problem with the wisdom of each of those strategies.

Diasource might not be the bad guys after all, but just the ones who realised that ADO had bitten off more than it could chew.

It would be nice if we could address the issues of governance that ADO has had. 

Nobody argues for Geoff Cumming to be CEO again. Why is that?

It's reasonable to argue that he made a hash of it and doesn't have the necessary smarts. That's why.
