Well you have no hope of suing Mr Clee, being admitted to, and a member of the supreme court of NSW, as a solicitor.
Unfortunately, the finance houses hold the voting power.
We can only hope for a strike through ASX or ASIC, regarding their competence and continuous disclosure.
Sad but true.
Just trade again, so that i can bail out and cut my losses.
